The Canadian Goose is also known as the Cobra Chicken. They are fearless and will attack you unprovoked. Years ago I would bike to work in downtown Calgary and had to pass through a flock of them every morning. I would make sure I could coast through them and I would lift my feet as high as i could to avoid being pecked.
